Small as we are, we value and recognize the importance of corporate self-regulation as part of our bigger business model. Ideally, we monitor and ensure our adherence to laws, ethical standards, and best business practices. We embrace responsibility for the impact of our business activities and processes on the environment, clients, employees, communities and stakeholders. Essentially, our strategy is the deliberate inclusion of public interest in our business processes, and the honoring of a triple bottom line, i.e People, Planet, Profit.
Our overarching service strategy is to add value to our clients. This value adding process
complements various issues such as the following:
– Knowledge & Skills transfer:
Our generic service delivery model is designed in such a
manner that throughout the roll-out of any project, we are able to transfer necessary and
essential skills inherent to the area of focus to our clients’ designated employees.
– Women and Youth Empowerment:
We recruited mostly academically qualified women
and youth, who have had few job opportunities.
– Black Economic Empowerment:
We source other auxiliary services and goods mainly
from entities which support the national Broad Based Economic Empowerment and poverty
– Proudly South African:
Our procurement policy is strictly biased towards sourcing of
goods and services that are produced in South Africa. By procuring locally produced goods
and services we are sure to contribute towards job creation and consequently to our
country’s economic development.
